Accreditation systems require all technical activities in the laboratory to be documented to the extent necessary to ensure they are performed properly and consistently. In some instances the requirement can be met by providing published descriptions of methods such as ISO standards or by reference to equipment or other manuals. Inevitably, however, some procedures will need to be documented from scratch and in other instances published material will need to be supplemented by descriptions covering local variants on procedures or local arrangements for quality control.
We can prepare this documentation for you, or if you prefer, review documents which you have prepared and possibly recast them into a formal controlled document structure.
In order to prepare the documentation we would need information from you as to your procedures either passed verbally or in the form of rough notes.
As an additional service we can provide worksheets for recording data from methods either as hard copy pro-formas or as fully interactive Microsoft Excel™ spreadsheets.
