Preparation of Quality Manual and Supporting Records System

Preparation of a quality manual, as required by all accreditation systems, is seen by most laboratories as a major hurdle on the way to accreditation. Since it is the key document which the assessors will use to evaluate your system it is essential that it is well prepared and authoritative. You will probably only ever write one quality manual so acquiring the necessary expertise is not cost effective. We, on the other hand, have written may manuals so you can tap into our experience and expertise.

Our quality manual package will include all of the following:

Complete manual supplied in hard copy and as Microsoft Word™ file so that you can subsequently edit and update from your own resources.
Pro-formas for maintenance of the key record systems for a quality system. These will include record systems for document management and control, staff records and training, equipment records, audit reporting and follow up including corrective and preventive action records.
Ongoing support will be provided. For clients who use our services to prepare their quality manual we will provide, at no additional charge, support by email, telephone etc up until successful accreditation. We will assist you, for example, with completion of the application to the accreditation body, clarification on implementation of systems, general advice on approach to method validation.

All documentation is supplied in hard copy and as Microsoft Word™ files so you are able to make subsequent edits and updates without our further assistance.
